Renato Leonardi guarantees unconditionally all its products.
Shopping on line is comparable to shopping by catalogue and is therefore subject to the conditions of the Italian Law Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185.

If not completely satisfied with our products you may return the goods within 10 (ten) days of delivery.

Procedure to return the product: The customer who wishes to return the goods has to send within ten days of delivery a registered letter with notification of delivery, also stating the desire to apply the above stated laws, describing the merchandise, including the order number and the data relative to your personal bank account (the banking institution, the branch, the account number) to the following address:

As an alternative option the customer may send:

a) a telegram within 10 (ten) days of delivery to the address mentioned above,
b) a fax to Renato Leonardi within 10 (ten) days of delivery to the following number +39-095515278 following the same procedure of the registered letter as stated above.

In either case a) or b) the communication must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the telegram or the fax by means of registered letter to the address stated above. To obtain a refund the customer must send back the product within 10 (ten) days of delivery.

WARNING: the product must not be damaged. If the product is damaged it may not be returned. The product must be returned along with the delivery receipt and/or the bill of consignment attached to the goods at the moment of delivery.

Refund of charges:

Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving notice of the consumer's desire to return the product, Renato Leonardi will provide a refund by bank transfer. The refund covers only the price of the product. It does not in any case include any additional costs for shipping and delivery of the product, which will not be refunded and will be at the customer's expense.

In conformity with the LAW 2003 N.196 "tutelage of people and other subjects regarding the dealings of personal information", Renato Leonardi recognizes that the customer has access to the following:

• The confirmation of existence of personal information regarding the customer, even if not yet registered. The customer also has the right to access the data presented in a clear form and to be informed of its source. The customer must wait at least ninety days, except for justifiable reasons, before renewing the request to review the information.
• Erasing, transforming into anonymous form or placing a hold on the data obtained illegally. Including the information which is not necessary for the given purpose.
• updating, or when the customer desires to the integration of the data, rectification.
• The written proof that the procedures explained in numbers 2) and 3) are clearly stated, for what concerns their content, to those to whom the information was given, except for cases in which such a process is impossible or not feasible.
• to withdraw consent for legitimate reasons to the processing of needed personal information.
• The right to withhold consent to the processing of personal information for the purpose of commercial advertising, mailing lists, canvassing or interactive surveys.

Any disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Catania, Italy. In the event of force majeure or accidental circumstances, we shall not accept responsibility for delays or failure to make deliveries and shall have the right to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to discontinue or defer it.
